Conditions of reservation The reservation can be canceled without costs until 10 days before arrival. In such case the prepayment paid will be refunded within 14 days after the cancellation was submitted. In the event of cancellation after this date or failure to show up at the facility on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged for the stay. In order to guarantee the reservation, an advance payment for the stay is required via the online payment system. Possibility of changing the date even 2 days before arrival * in accordance with the regulations.
